Returns Policy

Full price items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 28 days of receiving them. Sale items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving them.
All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. we reserve the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

Bespoke baskets that are made to your requirements are non refundable as it is unlikely they can be resold.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Delivery Information:

All baskets bought that are in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 working days - please allow 5 working days for delivery or if by Parcel force 2-3 working days.

Standard deliveries are made by Evri ( Hermes) or Parcel force 48 between 7am and 7pm. Deliveries made by Royal Mail may require contact details and signature on delivery.

Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days.

UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight.

We cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour) , we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
